Sir Keir Starmer — the British politician and lawyer who has served as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Labour Party since 2024 — was born on this day — September 2, 1962 — in Southwark, London.
He is a graduate of the University of Leeds, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws, and St Edmund Hall, Oxford, where he earned a Bachelor of Civil Law.
